From the first workshop to the Celebration Ceremony, here's exactly what earning the FIAT Designation involves — and what stays in place once you've earned it.

Everyone Starts Here
Three Domains Workshop
An experiential workshop introducing your team to the Three Domains of Freedom, fiduciary leadership, and a flourishing workforce. Every employee attends — it’s the prerequisite for everything that follows.
Immediately after, your organisation gains access to the FIAT Community Hub, admin support, official FIAT logos, and Hub events.

Humans Flourishing
Your leadership attends an immersive, three-day life planning intensive, while the rest of your team receives individual life planning of their own.
A month later, the whole company reunites for a shared day of listening, empathy, and support — followed by a closing day for leadership and representatives from every level that bridges directly into the Fellowship.
Employees who already hold the Registered Life Planner® credential move through a streamlined version built around their existing training.

The Fellowship
Every employee takes part in a year-long Fellowship: monthly sessions built around six pillars — Mindfulness, Life Planning, Civilisation, Truth, Democracy & the Planet, and People — integrating FIAT into your organisation's everyday decisions and culture.

Celebration Ceremony
Once the Workshop, Humans Flourishing, and the full Fellowship are complete, your organisation is recognised at a dedicated ceremony for the whole company. Here, you formally earn the FIAT Designation and the FIAT Designation Logo.

Ongoing: Membership & Continuing Education
Continued access to the Business Hub, continuing education, and add-on programs keep your FIAT experience active. The Designation requires eight hours of continuing education every year, through live and on-demand sessions.
The outcome
Once your organisation completes the full journey, you're awarded the FIAT Designation Logo — replacing the Support Logo you've displayed since sign-on, and standing as verified proof your organisation has done the work, not just stated the intention.
Your ongoing membership then keeps the designation active: continued access to the FIAT Business Hub, continuing education content, and periodic re-engagement, including a Three Domains Workshop refresher every 2–5 years.

Once your organisation earns its FIAT Designation, your subscription shifts into an ongoing annual membership — billed monthly, sized to your organisation, and separate from your initial journey's deposit structure — keeping your access to the FIAT Business Hub, continuing education, and use of the Designation Logo active year after year.
